  • 1.  Accessing a Bot from the Agent UI

    I have seen some demos recently by Genesys where an agent can access or call a Bot from their UI.  They make an outgoing chat interaction to the BOT.  Primarily they are showing this for testing and demos, but I have a USE case where I want to agent to access a knowledge bot.  Thanks.

    Agents can access the Knowledge workbench directly to do queries.  I don't really see the bot as a great agent experience.  I would suggest you look at an enterprise KMS system like Shelf.io for the agents.
