Hello Team, i was trying to find more information on this topic. We are running into the same issue with the activity plan. it shows the activity name on the schedule for managers but on the agents schedules it just display the activity code name with no description.

I'll vote on this too. Without the description we can't use it for training for example as the Advisors do not know for what training it's for so having to input it manually.

at the moment the description field is more of an admin note on the Activity Plan.
We are looking to change this and include the description as part of the Schedule Editor hover-over text.
There is an Idea for this in the ideas portal:

When using the activity planner the description does not carry over to the scheduled activity.
The rule name shows when an agent hovers over but it does not show the description or link that was placed on the activity planner under description. Should it show or does it have to manually be enter once scheduled.
