Hi Jose,
The fact that a bi-weekly Activity Plan runs as expected some weeks and not others makes me believe that the Activity Plan failing is either a configuration issue or related to service predictions not being able to be met.
Things to check would be:
- Minimum Time between Each Occurrence
- If set to the same as the occurrence periods, 2 weeks, it could cause the Activity Plan to only schedule sessions on alternative occurrences, as the set day constraint doesn't allow for a full 2 weeks between sessions.
- Service Goal Impacts
- If staffing levels are tight or service level predictions are low, the Activity Plan might not be able to find times with sufficient headroom to schedule a session.
- Session Availability
- Setting the Activity Plan to only look at set days/dates might not always be the best thing. If you have an interaction pattern based on a monthly billing cycle, the set day might not always be the optimal time. Allowing some flexibility could help a lot in this case.
- If the session has to be facilitated:
- Is the facilitator in WFM?
- Does the facilitator have other commitments/activities on the set day?
- Do employees work a fixed, flexible or rotating work plan?
- Could a rotation be putting the employees on shifts that support high interaction volume and lower service goal periods?
If, after checking these, you are still having problems, please raise a support ticket, and one of the team will help review the configuration with you.

Hi Paul,
We are running into some issues. not sure if we are configuring our set up correctly or misunderstanding. We are trying to schedule a bi-weekly meetings on specific day. When we run the activity and updates the publish schedule without no issues, however, when creating a the following draft month the activity plan is not added it shows the weeks schedule unattended.

Hi Mike,
Could you please share the details of the scenario you are trying to schedule or the configuration you are using?
There are some good threads in the community on general configuration and for specific scenarios of Activity Plans:

Are all good conversations to have a look at in addition to the Resource Centre Articles:

Subject: Activity plans - failing to schedule anyone
Hi,
I'm struggling to schedule anybody using the Activity plans. I've been able to do so each month but for some reason everything I try puts everyone in to "Unscheduled Attendees". Anybody else having issues this week please? Only by favoring scheduling all attendees at the expense of S/L's does it allocate to schedules.
thanks
Mike
