while there are many reasons for an Activity Plan not to return sessions, Service Level predictions, Employee Availability, Facilitator Availability and cross over with Employees, and incorrect Session Availability to name a few none should produce an error.

Hello,
What are the reasons an activity plan would fail to run? We had them working last week, but this week any time we run them it saves and returns an error "An error has occurred when attempting to run the activity plan" with no insight into what the error was. It is a small 15 minute activity, and we have it set to favor assigning all agents instead of favoring service level. We also have tested service level overrides set up to allow SL to decrease by 100%, ASA to increase 100%, and Abandon to increase 100%, but get the same error. It is happening across all BU's and no agents get scheduled each time.
