    Hello everyone,

    When our Pure Cloud 2 was implemented, they hastily did a connection with AD without think about, and now we have 27K + users.

    I cannot delete the users in AD, because they're active people, but the majority don't use PureCloud.

    If i try to delete the users i get the message below. Is there a way to force the deletion?

    First you need to get rid of that Bridge Server as it is end of life and will cause more issues going forward.  Once that is gone you will probably need to use the API to delete those users.  I would suggest using API to get a list of user GUIDs and then use Postman to post the deletion for each using a script.
