    Hi,

    Maybe I missed it completely, but what I'm looking for is the following.

    If the agent selects an conversation on the left hand side in PC UI, i would like to receive a notification with the conversation ID he/she selects.

    Currently as an agent switches conversations (for example from a chat to a call conversation) I receive a notification for the chat alone (going on Hold), but not for the call. The call itselfs doesn't change from state by just simply clicking it.

    It would be great if we just could receive a notification with the selected conversationID so in our application i can act on the change and display the proper info in our app (a premium app embedded in PC UI)

    If agent switches from say Chat to Message I receive 2 notifications as both conversations are changing state (on goes on Hold, other goes off Hold), but call conversations do not change if clicked on

    Maybe there is another way to detect that the agent does select another conversation in the PC UI

    Hi,

    It doesn't look like there's currently a way to do that. You can put your use case in our ideas portal so you can receive updates if/when we start working on that feature.
