Hi,
is It possible create/synchronize users from Active Directory and set roles they should have in PureCloud?

There are SCIM APIs for user synchronization, and some packaged integrations are coming soon.
@Richard.Schott do you have more info about the SCIM integrations and if there will be one for Active Directory?

The SCIM APIs are being prepped for public release (focusing on cleaning up the API documentation for clarity/accuracy). We are also working in coordination with a number of SSO IdPs (inclusive of Microsoft Azure AD) to create bespoke integrations to their SSO platform; the release of these integrations will be managed separately from the SCIM APIs. One of the attributes able to be synced via SCIM will be roles.
