Hi, Does anybody know whether we can add additional columns to the Salesforce Created Contact Lists.
We need additional columns to manage the call rules so I am not sure if we can add additional lead fields or spare columns.
I have been searching the documentation and it seems to imply we can use an existing campaign however we have not been able to do this so far.

If you're needing to use additional Salesforce data in your contact list, the most immediate solution would be to export your campaign from Salesforce as a CSV, then upload that to your campaign.
I'd be interested in hearing more about how you're intending to use the additional columns in the contact list. We're currently taking a look at the campaign management feature in PureCloud for Salesforce, looking to do things like add additional phone numbers to the contact list entries. Additional attributes are interesting, but there are also some concerns around how additional data would be used. Things that are dynamic generally wouldn't be a good fit due to the requirement that the data be constantly kept in sync; in that case doing lookups to fetch the information in real-time would be a better fit, which is a feature that is on the roadmap for Dialer in general.

Hi Richard,
The need for additional columns is really to help manage the dialler rules. Often we need to track for example the number of attempts so we can do different things on each attempt. Maybe after attempt 1 we might wait 2 hours before trying again. On attempt 2 we might wait 1 day. After attempt 3 we might wait 2 days etc. Often we may also want to flag that we have setup a callback on an attempt.
We had built custom integrations to Salesforce which we would like to roll into this new integration. Whenever we built campaigns like this we always added additional spare columns for future use so we could add dialler rules without having to go back and change the contact lists.
