  • 1.  Adding Multiple skills to the conversation dynamically

    Hey Everyone,
    I am trying to add skills to the conversation dynamically so, I will do a data table look up and if there are multiple skills found then multiple skills should be assigned to the conversation(for ex: if 2 skill are found then 2 skill should be assigned, if 3 skills are found then three skills should be assigned). Any Idea on how to achieve it?

    At what point in the call? If in the inbound flow, you set the skills on the transfer to ACD block.

    In transfer to ACD block for each skill we need to add "Add Skill" action instead can we add multiple skills to the conversation based on the number of skills we are getting from data table.(ex:- if we get 2 skills only 2 skills should be added, if we get 3 skills we need to add 3 skills)

    You have to make a call on the max number of possible skills and then assign all as it will still route if you only actually have two set vs the upper limit (say five). Make a quick proof-of-concept. I did the same for a customer recently.
