    I am not sure is this the right section, but from searching on the other sections this one feels more likely to be adaptable. If it is not right, I am asking admin please, to change the section of the forum.

    That aside let's get it on with the matter. I would like to add a link to an iframe page in the top navigation bar of the purecloud environment. Right next to the admin link on the top nav bar. The purpose of that would be: When I click to open up a screen on the right with iframed page of the chatbot widget. Is this possible at all and can you help me or point me in the direction where I could find out little bit more how to do it?

    I have one more question for you Kevin, or if someone else could answer me properly. I have troubles with client apps defining. I am pulling external https link from the Application URL field, but configuration won't accept any setting that I choose i those two circled fields. (look at the picture) I choose click on save and then nothing happens, after I go back to check the settings they are reverted to default values.

    Could someone tell me am I doing something wrong, or how could I overcome those obstacles?

    Please open a case with PureCloud Care about this. That sounds like a bug in the UI that they will need to investigate.
