    Hi

    Is it possible to add parameters to the Call recording? For example, data collected in the IVR, such as an ID number?

    If so, is it possible to retrieve the recordings related to a certain value?

    Data collected on IVR can be put in a participant data, however on Genesys Interaction UI there is no filter for custom attributes. 1 way I can think of is to utilize External Tag
