    Hi,

    Is possible to configure a external trunk with a specific prefix number in order to use that specific trunk dialing the prefix number configured?

    For example

    what I'm looking for to try is configurated a trunk with a specific prefix for outgoing calls, so for example if I have the scenery where I have two sip trunks for different PBX in the same site

    SIP Trunk Cisco ----> Prefix 9

    SIP Trunk Avaya -----> Prefix 8

    So the idea is that if a Agent dial the customer number with a prefix 9, this call should reach only the SIP Trunk Cisco and in the other hand if the Agent dial the customer number with prefix 8, should reach the SIP Trunk of Avaya.

    I would like to have a clear example how to do this because the documentation about this topic is not very clear and doesn't have any specific example. Right now I'm trying to create a plan rule using a regular expression with the Match Expression  ^8\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d with the 8 as a Prefix but I don't how to specify the Normalized number expression in order to send the number with the prefix.

    You can try like the below example and you can change number 10 with the length of digits after 9.
