If I add the same phrase to two topics, will both topics be triggered?

Yes, you can assign the same phrase to different topics and each would be assigned to the conversation.  What is the use case for this?

There isn't actually a use case; it is more of a situation where, when adding new phrases, we need to be conscious of whether or not that phrase is already accounted for in another topic.

What you want is coming in the form of Topic Phrase Testing that is in an upcoming development.  I think it will be part of this idea: Enhance Accuracy Testing for New Topics | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io).  @Cameron Tomlin, can you ask one of the STA team members about this?

    Hi,

The upcoming Topic Phrase Testing feature is to test the performance of phrases before publishing a topic, to help the user set up their topic more accurately. The scope of this feature does not include checking other published topics for whether the phrase already exists.

    Thanks,
