Anyone else frustrated that you can't easily add a user to multiple groups?  You can remove users from groups in "Person Details," albeit by visiting each group page individually.  In the "People" group of pages, you can search for and add/remove user to roles, ACD skills, queues, but not groups.

As the use of groups grows, and groups used to inherit roles, the existing cumbersome necessity of navigating to edit the membership of each group individually is growing increasingly outmoded.  No?

I ran across this idea (https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLCOLL-I-188) to allow adding groups in creating users.  Tired of having to navigate to one group, then to the next, then to the next, then to the next, while setting up a user?  Vote it up!

Yeah some of those things have frustrated me at times too.  For the group membership thing we're starting to look more at SSO/SCIM under Azure instead.  Roles can be assigned to a group, so then the onboarding is mostly done within Azure.  The groups can be synced which will carry through membership.
