    What does the new update "Streamlined navigation and information architecture update" on Nov. 18th actually contain? Is it a change to the UI like before or something different all together.

    I believe that was just a reminder (like any major UI changes) of New Unified Navigation Experience after it went live recently on Oct 27. Genesys usually posts that for few releases after it goes into production because of its staggered release in multi-region environment.
