    Hi,

    Can you please advise if there will be any impact on Genesys Purecloud 2 if we

    1. Upgrade our current Windows Server 2012 R2 with Windows Server 2016 in order to run ADFS 4.0 which supports OAuth 2.0
    2. Do we have to update any certificates or reauthenticate for SSO to continue working?

    I tried reading the information in the link and it doesn't seem to refence anything about ADFS 4.0
