    seem that I am not able to see external contact in admin\directory\External Contacts

    this is what I am seeing 

    seem that I has been advice to add the permission for Externalcontacts > Contact > View
    but I can only find " external contacts" but not "Externalcontacts" in permission
    and if I check  'external contacts' I already had the permission
    for now .. if I need to view the external contact I will need to manually enter the URL  https://apps.usw2.pure.cloud/directory/#/contactsAndOrganizations

    I think I found it .. after watching an 6 years old video in youtube .

    the answer is on the top of the screen, there is a directory and the external contact under the directory
