    Morning all

    Anyone else missing the Auto Answer toggle when configuring at agent level?

    Seems anything configured previously is still set.

    Appears across multiple Orgs and browsers

    Noticed this is missing from this morning?

    Turn on auto answer for agents - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    Yes sir; this appears to have been an issue that was recently resolved (scroll to the bottom): Elevated Error Rates (Global)

    If the issue still occurs for you after logging out/in & clearing cache, definitely contact Support and open an incident.
