  • 1.  After Call Work Timeout for Chat Interactions

    All - 

    We have identified that the after call work Timeout for chat interactions is not working. 

    Also in the timeout field we could able to see the not from Genesys that "Timed After Call Work only applies to voice conversations"

    Does this means that we can not set the timeout for chat interactions ??

    Kindly let me know..

    Nope.  ACW on all media types is in development now, but probably not out until Q4 or Q1.
