We've recently moved from the nGAGEMENT/nGUVU gamification platform to the Genesys integrated features.

One feature we relied on upon heavily in nGUVU was the Quiz feature, where we would roll out weekly quizzes to our agents about various topics. This was both a test of their skills and knowledge and a learning opportunity as the quiz always showed the correct answer if the agent selected an incorrect answer.

We're now using the Assessment feature to push quizzes out to the agents, however, a few have advised that they cannot see the correct answer at the end and therefore aren't learning on the spot.

Is this a feature that can be turned on? I've done some research but can't find a way to show the correct answers at the end of an assessment.

At the moment the ability to see right/wrong answers in a completed assessment is not available.

We do have plans to add this feature, with some additional changes that will be made to the module taking experience. Once these are added you will be able to decide at module build if the right/wrong answers can or cannot be viewed once completed.

At the moment I unfortunately don't have an idea of timescales for this work. But it should be one of the next things that we work on.
