About the only way I can think of to get rid of it or lock it down would be to create a custom Client UI instead of using the one built in. Not a great answer, unless you create your own and just use it for all your customers who need it - write once, sell many.

The other issues we face with this feature is that anyone can update the room name to anything they like with no log of who did this. So we have had some customers with some unusual names. This is obviously not ideal and not good as a business tool, has anyone else experienced this or know how to prevent this?
