    Hi Guys,

    I would like to know if is possible to make an integration with Third Parties or Internal Speech To Text APIs where agents can get Chat Interactions and optionally reply speaking and their speech will be converted into text by this provider and placed as a text in the chat input to then be send to the customers.

    Hi Julian,

    If they are using the web version in chrome, it may be possible for them to use a 3rd party chrome add-in for speech recognition. I have not tried this, which is why I say it may be possible. We had an agent trying to use a third party grammar program and it would not work properly with the way the input fields for chat were coded.

    Looking at some of the addins, they let you right click on the text field and start your speech recognition from the menu.
