  • 1.  Agent Evaluation Detail Report

    We've been using the Agent Evaluation Detail report and the last two weeks it's giving us an error and won't run. Is anyone else having this issue?? Is there any other way to get this data? The Summary report is fine.

    HI Julie,

    We too are seeing this error message of the evaluation detail export, but the summary works just fine. I will be opening a ticket today with Genesys since I see you are having the same as well. Thanks for posting!

    I would think that it is a general problem, it happens to me in all the organizations that we are in charge of. We have opened the case, logs have been sent but Genesys has not responded to us for 7 days.

    Hi Diego,

    FYI, Genesys Support replied that they were aware of the issue and were working on a fix and were able to correct the problem for us yesterday in the US East Region.

    Hi Christy,

    Sorry for the delayed response on this,  just following up that the Agent Evaluations Details export is available as a replacement for the historical canned report Agent Quality Details Report .  Can you clarify if you are having issues with this export?
