Think of this as a version 1.0 of the Multipanel UI. There are SO many things they need to add to this like Admin control for turning it on and off (they have a permission now) and pushing out initial configurations (you can only define one panel per media type now). I would like to see modal configurations like inbound/outbound or Email versus Messaging as well as remembering sizes. Getting rid of the script completely on voice calls is also my suggestion on Ideas.
