    Hi All

    We have a team that use Genesys messenger, we've previously assigned 'Agent names' in each agents profile so that this presents to the customer rather than their full name being displayed.

    I have tried to do this this morning, however, it's not letting me add one, has anyone else noticed this?

    Hi Shauna,

    Sounds like this is related to another thread: https://community.genesys.com/discussion/agent-preferredname and Cam has provided the following "The expected date for this fix is July 5th, depending on QA/Testing. I will provide updates on this as they come in."  So might be good to follow that thread
