Dear Community
Currently agents receive a notification within their PureCloud browser/app if they are out of schedule. However it appears that there is no option to enable a 'pop-up for this (in case they have minimised their client) similar to the pop-ups available for message notifications.
Outcome of this is that agents can easily miss the schedule change alerts, such as breaks, and therefore be out of adherence.
Is anyone aware of a configuration/solution for this please or any roadmap for further agent notification options for their schedules?
