I guess my real question is what role has all of these permissions? I tried to create a custom role but stopped when I could not find Analytics>Queue Observation>View as identified on the Resource Center.

I think you also have to have many analytic permissions as well:

Can some one please advise what permissions are needed to an agent to be able to view a public dashboard we have created? What's odd is the agents could access the dashboard initially but cannot now. They receive a permissions error message.
