EDIT: Something we did not mention in the post is that your existing configuration will remain the same. For example, if the agent was set to 'schedulable' before, they will still be set to schedulable with this update.

Hi there,
I was just removing an agent from our MU, when I saw something populate that I'm unfamiliar with.
Google and the Help Icon on Genesys Cloud doesn't mention it.
What does this button do/what is it for? Our call center has set agent schedules, so when I generate a new schedule, most of the Agents are included in that new schedule.
Would that button be used for a call center that does not have set agent schedules and relied on Genesys Cloud to make the shifts?
