Hello Everyone,
I wonder if anyone can help. In the Tempo App our agent schedules after the Daylight saving time, as they look at it today for the date 29 Oct 2023 2 am onwards it shows their published schedules 1 hour out of sync. For example they are scheduled on 7am-3pm shift but it actually shows 8am-4pm. Which is incorrect. How do we rectify this for them as there is only one time zone showing for EMEA (London). On the desktop their shifts are showing correctly!
