    Hi,

    Have a question re Scheduled Callbacks - particularly an agent viewing their own callbacks that they have scheduled.

    In the beyond video relating to Genesys Cloud for Agents - Analytics, it references a Scheduled callbacks view for the Agent (https://learn.genesys.com/learn/course/11625/play/27735/introduction-to-genesys-cloud-for-agents-analytics)

    But i can only see a supervisor permission UI > Supervisor Scheduled Callbacks > View.

    Is there an agent only view available where they can only see their own callbacks that they have scheduled rather than all other agents?
