Some help please.
We've created a script for agents that has a "Main Menu" from which agents chose the relevant script for the call.
Once that script is selected the agent can tab through the pages, the "next page" button is disabled by a variable "Confirm" and is enabled by a "Confirm compliance" tick box.
The load page action for each page sets "Confirm" var to true to enable us to use the same var throughout. Unfortunately once the first tick box sets the var to false it remains so on every subsequent page regardless of the load page action setting it to true.
Oddly when testing the script it works for individual pages, but not when run start to finish.
The only way I can see around this is to have a new var per page, but there are a lot of pages! Is there something I'm obviously missing.
