If I make this scripts for each topic and set the script context in the IVR flow.. , I need make 50 script with 10 pages in this way.
And, If my customer answer about Pay but only need help about the last check. the script only show the script about Pay and my Agent go without a script.
so, I need put all in one biggest script with 50 pages.
I put the example of Engage Scripting, because the Cloud Scripting is so simple for Telco and Retails...
?this is the only alternative for Agent Script?
