Noufal - are you referring to the ability to go on-queue/off-queue by media type in workspace? If so, this is just not something we have ever supported in the platform but we have been having some discussions on it recently. To date, while our queues are capable of handling multiple media types, most customers created dedicated queues per channel when they want to have separate controls.
At this time, I would advise you to open a new idea and vote on it so that we can consider it more thoroughly.
