I export the Agent Status performance view daily, and up until very recently the sort order of the data in the exported file aligned with the sort order of the view. However, starting on Monday, the sort order of the export file stopped matching up. I have the view sorted by agent name. The export now sorts in a seemingly random order - I've eliminated most possibilities and haven't yet been able to decipher what it is. I've also double and triple checked the export settings for a 'sort' parameter but, of course, there is not one. I am manually exporting this file daily with all columns.

Anyone have a quick and easy fix for this? Has anyone experienced something similar?

The same thing happened to us last week.  I have not checked today yet, but it had about 5 people out of alphbetical order.
