  • 1.  Agent Status stays available even after he has logged out

    Hi Guys,

    Just want your help here. I am facing issue with one of my agents who has forgot to logout his PureCloud account by 3rd July weekend and went on a vacation. Since then, we can see his status is available and off-queue for the whole week. 

    He was back to work today, and raised a query with us regarding his login time. I could see his going on-queue today and receiving calls without any issues. However he is done for the day and logged out from PureCloud. 

    But his status is still available and it shows he is off-queue. I Tried many things with his profile and even logged into his account but no success. I suspect one of his sessions is stuck.

    Any suggestions would be much helpful.

    Have you tried to remotely log out the agent:

    Thanks for the above. After logging out the user. It took so much time to reflect in the stats.
