    Hello Team,

    My Requirment is to  configure Agentless campaign make the call simeltenousely call on 2 Party and then it should be conference.

    party A connected then Party 2 should connected automatically with Party A.

    Any idea guys how to do it Genesys Pure Cloud

    If Party 2 is an agent then you could achieve something similar. The agent call could be routed to the agent and the agent could always be connected using a persistent connect (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/use-persistent-connection-feature-genesys-cloud-webrtc-phone/).

    Can you help further clarify the use case. If you don't know if both parties will be available then you would not generally dial them both simultaneously.

    Thanks for the reply. Find below Scenario.

    1. its agentless Campaign
    2. Both Parties are unknow, you can consider Physician have so many Clients, so basically Agentless campaign dial and then first connect with the Physician and then respectively Patients ( Client) number should dial.

    You have 2 variables, customer and Physician.
    If a customer answers, nothing assures you that an Physician is available to take that call.
    Your best option is a predictive campaign The Physician is an GenesysCloud agent.

    Make a callinglist and include a Queue with the Physician Agents (If it really doesn't matter who attends).
    next, make a progressive / predictive campaign and dial to the Patients, send a message and transfer to the Physician (Agent).

    for this case, I would recommend a predictive campaign.

    The requirement is with only Agent less campaign only, otherwise we have given also same idea progressive or predictive campaign

    With an agentless campaign you can connect to the party (physician) and then transfer to another party (patient). You cannot dial numbers in parallel and then conference them together. 

    I would agree with previously suggestion that the best way to address this would be using an outbound campaign.

    As other have said, calling both numbers simultaneously is not a good idea since it's quite likely that one will connect and the other won't. Even if they both connect, you have no way of predicting which one is first.

    If you really cannot use a regular agented campaign where one party (say the Physicians) are logged in as agents, then you could have an agentless campaign that calls the first party (Physician). When it connects, use an outbound flow that plays them some kind of message and then transfers the call to the other number (patient).

    Honestly, though, I think this would be a nightmare to manage and monitor!
