Hello Team,
I need to set up a domain (Campaign) for outbound email campaigns.
I have already set up a custom domain, for example: xyz.com, which handles the contact center emails. I just wanted to confirm, should we use a subdomain for outbound email campaigns, for example: sales.xyz.com, from the same domain part that is used for contact center emails?

Hi For AgentLess campaing you need a AgentLess Domain. When you creates a new domain, you must select this option.

Hi,
I guess that from a technical perspective using a sub-domain is allowed. However, from a business perspective, you may want to have a distinct domain for outbound campaigns so that your main business domain is not impacted if your campaign domain gets a bad reputation (e.g sending too many emails reported as spams :thinking: ) or is blacklisted.
