I'm building a series of agentless outbound email campaigns that are working fine from a general distribution standpoint, however I need to be able to update the corresponding SalesForce accounts\contacts of the recipients who received the email as well, ideally with a copy of the email they received. I feel like there is a way to accomplish this by applying rules\data actions to the campaign but I'm not sure where to start. When previously sending these out manually or via a marketing tool we've used a SalesForce BCC address that takes the email, locates the account in SF and copies it into the Activity history, however Genesys campaigns don't support adding a BCC to the outbound campaigns.
Any ideas or suggestions are very much appreicated.
