Instead of using a flow to detect silence (which is very tricky with voicemail systems since there are so many instructions given to the caller, which seem like separate sentences and have silence in between sentences), I use the Call Analysis Response setting 'Enable Beep Detection'.
This seems to better recognize the end of the voicemail greeting by listening for the 'beep' and only then would the answering machine flow be played, which simply plays the message, assigns wrapupcode and disconnects.

We have set up an agentless outbound call campaign and call flow. We have 2 call flows set up - One for Live answers and one for voice mails. I am having difficulty getting the VM message to start at the beginning. the message always picks up after the first sentence. Any recommendations to correct this? I have included a screenshot of how I have it set up now. I have tried "detect silence" as well. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
