Hi! We are currently migrating our Whatsapp service to GCloud. And we have a question about the Whatsapp Agentless Notification API, particularly with the useExistingActiveConversation parameter.
If we have an active conversation (for example a bot-client). And we use the Agentless Notification API with useExistingActiveConversation set to true, this message will be charge in the active conversation (Monthly fee, etc), or will be charge like a new Bussiness Initiated Conversation, regardless the active conversation?
This will help to estimate the cost and the use case that we will develop with this API, so if you have any help we will be gratefull.
