Thank you Robert. Can I get your opinion please - I seen a blanket type statement someone posted that Custom Roles were "For adding/giving permissions, not deleting/removing them." Well, that's a great statement, but the default pure Roles that came with our GC, The Supervisor Role, Quality Eval Role came with Recording>Recording>Delete in the mix. In a 100% required recording contract, I do not want anyone to be able to delete a recording, not the client, Supervisors etc. When I made Custom Sup Roles etc, it was to take away that and other permissions, along with adding whatever if needed. Do you agree with that blanket statement because it does not make sense to me.

- Routing > Queue > Join permission
That gives agents the ability to access queue activation. The queues that they are presented comes from their queue membership.

Which Role/Permissions allow an agent to decide which queue they will and will not be in? This type of permission has been asked to be removed so that agents do not get to pick that.
