Hi Shelby,
When we enable users in Workforce Management (Admin > Workforce Management > Agents) you "add" (User/Agent) linking it to an MU.
If you delete the user (Admin > People & Permissions > People) the wfm module doesn't see the "object user" and needs to update MU removing the agent into MU.
I recommend the Planning Team, block the users and 1 once a month/6 month/year delete all users.

Unexpectedly this week, agents were removed from a Management Unit.
In looking at the audit log, it seems the "system" made an "update" and the only thing I can think is that's how the agents were deleted.
Does anyone know:
1) what exactly the system did that caused it to "update" the MU?
2) how do I keep this from happening in the future?
