    Hey Genesys Community!

    Is there a way we can have agents request an evaluation on their own call?

    Yes.
    Place a button on agent script for evaluation. In triggers create a trigger to execute a workflow and in workflow write a logic to evaluate the interactions.

    Yes you can! Here is the documentation on how to do this!
