Thanks Daniel,
that was the root cause, indeed. My laptop date/time was two minutes ahead because it wasn't properly synchronized.
Kind regards

Subject: Agents status timer
Hi Giovanni,
I have not seen this issue specifically with the built in time, but we developed our own prior to release and have come across a similar issue with a handful of users.
When we saw this occur, it was because the users computer was not set to "Synchronize with an Internet Time server" and the time was off by a couple minutes.
I don't know if this is related, but thought it might help.
Thanks,

Subject: Agents status timer
Hi,
we saw that on June 3rd it was released the "Status timer for agents" functionality.
However in our lab org and in GDemo environment, everytime we change the status the timer always starts from 2m 6s (two minutes and 6 seconds).
Why is that so? Is there any configuration that sets the starting point (2m 6s) for this timer?
Thanks
Best regards
Giovanni
