This sounds like something in the UI is erroring. My recommendation would be to open a ticket with Customer Care. Specifically the UI team as they will need to look at console and network logs to determine what's going on.

Hi All
We are having an issue where some agents keep showing "Available" after they manually logged out after the day shift (choose Logout when click on the icon).
Is anyone else having this issue and know how to resolve?
