    Is there a way for the agents to view their own historical adherence. We are wanting them to be able to  view daily, weekly and monthly adherence.

    Hello, you can just give them permission to historical adherence and then they can view it under Performance. They will be able to see more than their own however, if that's an issue.

    Hi @Wendy Dodson as others have responded, agents don't have the ability to view their own historical adherence at this time. There is an idea for this https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WEM-I-325 that we are actively monitoring for future consideration.  Updates will be made to that idea once it's been approved for development.
