Hi, one of our customers is trying to validate data pulled from the PureCloud Aggregate API and then running corresponding reports in PureCloud to validate the data. They are having trouble matching the data correctly, it looks like the values are slightly off.
For Example: Justin Buck 13:15-13:30 shows 784 seconds of ON QUEUE time in the PureCloud “User Status Detail Report” but 793 seconds of ON QUEUE time in the PureCloud Aggregate API ("Metric=Tsystempresence, Qualifier=ON_QUEUE"). The discrepancies are generally small (0-2% of total time).
Does anyone know why there might be a discrepancy in the data from the API vs Report?

The calculations in the report are described here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/user-status-detail-report/. You'll need to reconcile that with the interval and filtering you're doing in your analytics query. You might try comparing that detail report with the analytics detail query instead of the aggregate.
