  • 1.  AI Experience tokens metering and pricing

    With the new AI Experience Tokens, is there a way to determine how many tokens were used per Bot, Agent Assist, and Predictive Routing?  In the scenario where a Genesys Cloud CX customer, perhaps a BPO, bills back to their customers for usage, how can someone determine the number of tokens used per AI product?

    It doesn't show up in the subscription window unfortunately but you need to export the resource usage report.

    @Vaun McCarthy  AI Experience Tokens are visible via the Subscription page, and this section is visible for the newly activated Orgs.

    Hi Tatjana, while total token consumption is on the subscription page, this does not give the breakdown of how many tokens were used for each AI product.  Of course maybe that's just in our orgs :)

    How are you calculating the number of tokens from the resource usage? Are you dividing the minutes per AI product from this report by the Units per token as per this article:
