  • 1.  AI Scoring error message with providing a reason for selection

    Hi team,

    Are there any tips to avoid AI scoring failure to provide a reason? The call length for this example was 6mins which is pretty average for some of our call types.

    Example of error message shown below.

    Those are very general questions. AI Scoring needs very specific questions to be most effective.

    Meaning...those questions could be answered with a "Met" or a "Not Met" at various times throughout a 6-minute conversation.

    Thanks George, That's helpful. These questions worked for some interactions but failed on occasion. We will try refining the questions to be more specific.
