Has anyone successfully added AI-generated help text that includes a timestamp indicating where the question was picked up in the transcript?
I tried simply adding "Include a timestamp from the transcript" to the prompt, and it worked for one call-but not for the others. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a more reliable approach?
